The design features clean geometry, strong linear forms, and a refined material palette of concrete, wood, and glass. The facade showcases balanced volumes with cantilevered balconies and expansive glazing that seamlessly connects interior and exterior spaces.
The interiors are curated with a focus on restrained elegance and material richness. A neutral color palette featuring greys, beige, off-whites, and charcoal is enriched with natural textures such as travertine, dark wood, and brushed metal accents. Lighting is layered strategically to highlight architectural elements and create mood, especially in areas like the bathrooms and bedrooms.
Living spaces are open yet intimate, with a layout that encourages fluid movement. Custom furnishings, tailored window treatments and curated indoor plants add to the tactile experience while maintaining a clean, uncluttered look.
